I went from 205 pounds to 150, and I am proud of that journey. The number on the scale is only part of my story.
Along the way, I experienced hormonal changes, menopause, fatigue, frustration, and the unsettling feeling of looking at my own body and no longer recognizing the woman I saw.
I know what it feels like when your body changes and you are trying to understand how to feel like yourself again. That experience became the inspiration behind Reform MD Rx.
I wanted to create a place for people who are ready for change but do not want to feel judged, dismissed, or reduced to a number on a scale. A place where your goals are heard, your journey is personal, and your care is guided by licensed medical providers.
