Everything starts with an online wellness evaluation — no office visit needed. A licensed provider reviews your answers, and follows up if anything else is needed.
Who reviews my evaluation?
Licensed providers handle all evaluations, prescriptions, and medical decisions. Reform MD Rx is the wellness brand experience around that clinical core.
How do prescriptions get issued?
If your provider approves treatment, the prescription moves directly to pharmacy fulfillment — nothing extra for you to coordinate.
How long does shipping take?
